Pity
To be honest, The Royal Suite was an accidental free-upgrade because my booking for another room type on Agoda was ignored (which I already paid for more than one week in advance; I placed the booking in May). So upon the check-in day on Dec 31, 2019… I didn’t have a room to stay due to possible over-booking from the Hotel. I was quite upset.
I rarely complained much in any of my hotel reviews, therefore my stay in Renaissance KL could count as a bittersweet travelling memory on New Year’s Eve.
